Cancellation Policy
BOOKING: We do NOT allow alcohol or smoking (includes vapes) on our guided trips. We are a Catch & Release only service. Thank you for your cooperation. A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve a date. The remaining fee is required/collected on the day prior (up to 12 before trip time) to the service for each trip. Scheduling hours are completely 100% dependent on the generation schedule of TVA's Center Hill Dam (or participating dam we're fishing behind). Each day's schedule is shared at 2 pm on the day prior. We must ALL work around that schedule before finalizing trip times (and sometimes trip days). So--ALL parties must please be flexible... and sometimes patient with expected rescheduling. Pricing does not include gratuity for your guide. Standard gratuity for professional guides is anywhere between 15-20% of the trip total. Any tip is sincerely appreciated. You are booking with Living Waters Fly Guiding LLC... a faith-centered fly-guiding service... So please be aware, we will pray before the trip, and we may talk about God along the way at some point... or perhaps other things related to faith in your life. However--no religious material or speeches will be forced onto anyone in any way. We sincerely respect everyone's religious affiliation/denomination & choice of faith. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the trip date/time will receive a full refund of the deposit fee. Cancellations made under 48 hours of the trip date/time will be charged the deposit fee. POSTPONEMENTS: Postponements are normal & sometimes expected due to the generation schedule of TVA. But if the client is needing to postpone the date/time for any reason other than dangerous weather or an unfavorable generation schedule, then it must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Notifications may include a phone call, text message, Facebook Messenger, Email, or Voicemail. If postponement is made after the 12-hour window, then the deposit fee will be forfeited & if rescheduling, a new deposit fee will be required. We fish rain or shine, hot or cold. However--thunderstorms with lightning, or the forecasted potential of lightning, will be rescheduled and the deposit fee will be returned. Generations of 1 or 2 generators will be rescheduled (unless purposeful & previously-planned streamer fishing is part of the float plan with 1 generation).
